Chicken with Bumbu Rujak ( Ayam Bumbu Rujak)

Cooking Adventures :  Chicken with Bumbu Rujak ( Ayam Bumbu Rujak)

Ingredients:
chicken
Chili
Tomato
Ketchup
Garlic
Margarine
Salt and sugar to taste



Cooking Adventures Guide:
1.Clean chicken and cut into some of pieces.
2. Add with garlic, ketchup, margarine and baked the chicken.
3. make sauce :
Blend chili, garlic and tomatoes, then fry in 1 tablespoon of oil, stir it, add some water. Add ketchup, salt and sugar to taste, cook until thick.
4.Chicken with Bumbu Rujak (Ayam Bumbu Rujak) is ready to serve.

Indonesian White Curry (Opor)

Cooking Adventures : Indonesian White Curry (Opor)


Ingredients :

Shallots
Garlic
Galangal
Lemongrass
Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Coriander
Vegetable Oil


Cooking Adventures Guide :
1. 1 Small chicken (1.5 lbs) cut into pieces.
2. 2 cup fresh coconut milk ( or 200 ml thick coconut milk and 200 ml water)
3. Boil chicken. Allow 2 cups of broth to remain in the pot.
4. Add the spices, turn to low heat until fragrant and the meat is tender.
5. Add the coconut milk, stir, continue simmer to enhance flavor. Serve hot.

This dish is suitable for vegetarian. Substitute meat with tofu (cubed and fried), carrot, zucchini and eggplant.

Chicken with English Sauce

Cooking Adventures : Chicken with English Sauce



Ingredients:
½ kg chicken
1 bombay onion
2 garlic
3 tbsp English sauce
A cup of water
Salt and sugar to taste

Cooking Adventures Guide:
1. Clean chicken and cut into 5 pieces
2. Press garlic
3. Cut bombay onion in a little slices
4. Heat 2 tbsp oil, take in garlic & bombay onion, cook in 2 minutes.
5. Add the chicken
6. Add a cup of water, English sauce, salt and sugar to taste.
7. Cook until the chicken ripe.

Chicken And Mushroom (Ayam Jamur)

Cooking Adventures: Chicken And Mushroom (Ayam Jamur)




Ingredients:

250 g chicken breast fillet
100 g Broccoli
3 Garlic
1 egg
Mushroom
Oil
Maizena
Salt, sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil to taste




Cooking Adventures Guide:

Clean and cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Clean and cut broccoli.
Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil, add egg and stir it.
Puree the garlic.
Heat 3 tablespoon oil, garlic and add the chicken.
Give the water
Cook until the chicken done, add mushroom.
Then, enter the broccoli and egg.
Add salt , sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil to taste.
Finally, enter maizena
Cook briefly until the sauce is quite jell.
Chicken and Mushroom (Ayam Jamur) is ready to serve.

Chicken curry (Kare Ayam)

Cooking Adventures: Chicken curry (Kare Ayam)




Ingredients:
1/2 kg Village chicken (Ayam kampung)
250 ml Coconut milk
3 Orange leaves
1 cm Turmeric (kunir)
3 Red onion
3 garlic
2 Hazelnut (kemiri)
Salt and sugar to taste


Cooking Guide:

First, Cut the chicken into several parts.
Boiled chicken until slightly soft.
Puree onion, garlic, hazelnut, turmeric, salt and sugar.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil, add the fine spices, and the last add the chicken.
Add the lime leaves and coconut milk. Shrink the fire.
Cook until the chicken becomes tender. Chicken Curry (Kare Ayam) is ready to serve with warm rice.

Chicken Soto (Soto Ayam)

Ingredients:

½ kg chicken

100 gr sprout

100 gr potatoes

2 Garlic

4 onion

orange leaves

turmeric

hazelnut

sereh

Salt and sugar to taste

Cooking Adventures Guide:

Press until soft: garlic, onion, turmeric,hazelnut, salt and sugar.

Press sereh.

Boil the chicken until ripe, cut into small pieces.

Boil the sprout.

Clean potatoes, cut in tiny pieces and fry it.

Take in soft ingredients turmeric, hazelnut, chicken and sprout in consomme.

If you like, you can add tomatoes, suun, eggs and koya.

Fried Chicken Meatball

Ingredients:
250 g chicken fillet
2 eggs
6 tbsp of tapioca powder
1 garlic
salt to taste
Oil to fry

Cooking Adventures Guide:
First, clean the chicken fillet and blend them in chopper until smooth.
Blend the garlic.
Mix the chicken, eggs, garlic, tapioca powder and salt to taste.
Heat the oil, take in the mix and fry until the color changed into the golden brown color.
Fried Chicken Meatball is ready to served.

Chicken Meatball Soup

Cooking Adventures: Chicken Meatball Soup




Ingredients:
250 g chicken fillet
250 g carrots
1 seledry leaf
1 tomato
3 garlics
salt and sugar to taste

Cooking Adventures Guide:
First, clean the chicken fillet and blend with copper until smooth, make a round shape like meatball.
Heat the chicken consommé and take in the chicken meatball until ripe and mellow.
Clean the carrots and cut into small quarter.
Clean the tomato and cut into some pieces.
Press the garlic.
Heat the oil, take in the garlic in a few minutes .
Take in the carrots, garlic, tomato and seledry leaf in chicken consommé.
Cook in a few minutes.
Serve chicken meatball soup while the soup is still hot.

Ketchup Chicken

Cooking Adventures: Ketchup Chicken




Ingredients:

½ kg chicken

Eggs

3 piece of garlic

3 tablespoon of ketchup

Salt and sugar to taste

2 tablespoon of oil to fry



Cooking Adventures Guide:

First, wash the chicken until chicken clean. Cut the chicken into some pieces, it is depends your favorite.

Boil the eggs until ripe.

Boil the water, and then take in the chicken in the boil water. Cook until the chicken done.

Cut the garlic into small pieces.

Heat the oil (2 tablespoon), add the garlic, add the ripe chicken, add eggs, add the chicken decoction, add the ketchup, add salt and sugar to taste.

Cook until there is a little water, stop cooking. But if you want to fry the chicken, cook until there is no water, and then fry the chicken in hot oil, just in a few minute.

Ketchup chicken is ready to serve.

Bakmoy

Cooking Adventures: Bakmoy



Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast fillet
250 g shrimp,slab into small pieces
3 piece garlic, slab into small pieces( 2 pieces for chicken consommé)
4 piece onion, slab into small pieces
3 tablespoon wheat powder
ketchup
oil to fry
4 eggs
Salt to taste
Sambal petis

Cooking Adventures Guide:
First, make a chicken consommé: water boiled in boiler, add the chicken, then add the garlic and salt to taste.
Make ketchup chicken: After the chicken ripe, take out the chicken from boiler. Slab the chicken in to small quarter pieces. Heat the 2 tablespoon oil, add the garlic and onion, add the chicken,add a little chicken consommé, add ketchup and salt to taste, cook until the consommé give out.
Heat the oil to fry, mix shrimp, 1 egg and wheat powder. Then fry until the color is golden brown. Take out and slab into small pieces.
Boil the eggs until ripe.
Serve the ketchup chicken, shrimp, eggs, and hot chicken consommé with rice in a plate, add the frying garlic and onion. Serve bakmoy with sambal petis.

Martabak

Cooking Adventures: Martabak ( Arabian Pastry)



Ingredients:

2 chicken breast fillet

2 eggs

2 garlic

2 large yellow onion

Salt to taste

Kulit lumpia

Cooking Adventures Guide:

First, cut the chicken fillet into small piece. Cut off large yellow onion.

Whip the eggs, garlic is refined.

Mix the chicken, large yellow onion, eggs, garlic and salt.

Take on the kulit lumpia.

Fold the quarter of side to middle. Fry until the color changes to golden brown.

Serve with sauce or chili.

Chicken Artichoke with Pasta

Cooking Adventures: Chicken Artichoke with Pasta

Recipe to be used with
Happy Call square Cooking Pan
Ingredients:
4-6 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
salt and pepper to taste
1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke quarters
1 lemon cut into wedges
1 pound box of bowtie pasta cooked
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Happy Call Recipes:
Heat Happy Call pan to medium-high season chicken with salt and pepper, then add chicken to the pan. Snap handles shut and let cook 4 minutes, flip pan, let cook 4 more minutes, flip pan and open lid. Add artichokes with the juice, and lemon wedges, then snap handles shut, (do not flip pan now, there is too much liquid in the pan ) turn heat down to low and let cook for 10 minutes.
Open lid, add the bowl with cooked bowtie pasta, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and serve.

Chicken Parmesan

Cooking Adventures: Chicken Parmesan

Recipe to be used with
Happy Call Square Cooking Pan
Ingredients:
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs on a flat plate
1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
2 TBSP olive oil
2 cups of your favorite pasta sauce
2 tsp chopped Italian (flat leaf) parsley
4 chicken cutlets pounded 1/4" thick
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Happy Call Recipes:
First, heat Happy Call pan to medium-high, dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg, allowing the excess to drip off, then gredge in the bread crumbs.
Then add the oil to the hot pan, then the chicken, snap the handles shut, cook for 4 minutes, flip, cook for 4 more minutes, flip and open.
After that lower the heat to medium-low, add pasta sauce, sprinkle with mozarella and parmesan cheeses and snap handles shut, (do not flip pan once all ingredients have been added).
Cook 3-4 minutes or until the sauce is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle with parsley, remove from heat and serve over your favorite pasta.

Zesty Chicken

Cooking Adventures: Zesty Chicken

Recipe to be used with
Happy Call Square Cooking Pan
Ingredients:

2 tsp minced garlic
2 med. tomatoes diced or 1 can of diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced green olives
4-6 boneless,skinless chicken breast

Happy Call Recipes:
Season chicken well. Heat the Happy Call pan to medium-high. Then add chicken and snap handles shut, cook for 6 min. flip cook 6 more minutes, (you may need to adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken).
Flip, open lid, add garlic, tomato, and olives. Then snap handles shut ( do not flip once all ingredients have been added) reduce heat to low and let cook for 10 minutes.
Open and serve.
