Summer Shrimp

Cooking Adventures: Summer Shrimp

Recipe to be used with Happy Call Square Cooking Pan


1 TBSP minced garlic
2 TBSP good olive oil
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
1/2 lb. shrimp peeled and deveined
1/4 cup basil chiffonade ( roll the basil leaves up together and thinly slice)

Happy Call Recipes:
Heat Happy Call pan to medium, add garlic and shrimp. Snap handles shut, cook 2 minutes, flip, cook 2 minutes, flip and open pan, add basil and tomatoes.
Then cook 1 minute,flip, cook 1 minute, flip and open.
Serve over salad or pasta and drizzle with oil.
