Tamie Cap Cay Recipe

Cooking Recipes : Tamie Cap Cay Recipe


Tamie Cap Cay is one of many Chinese Food in Chinese restaurant. Cap Cay from the word Cap (ten) and Cay (Vegetables), it means this food contain of mixed vegetables like: carrot, baby corn, broccoli, peas etc. Sometimes people add this food with chicken, shrimp, meatball, beef, fish meatball etc. You can experiment it by yourself. Cap Cay can be served with rice or  fried noodles. Here, in this recipe, I use fried noodles to combine with Cap Cay. Cap Cay that is combined with fried noodles called Tamie Cap Cay. I get the tamie noodles from one restaurant in my city, I think you can buy this tamie noodles from Chinese restaurant orsupermarket in your city too.

Ingredients for Tamie Cap Cay Recipe :

250 g chicken breast fillet
100 g pok coy
3 Garlic
1 egg
Mushroom
Beef Sausage
Oil
Tamie noodles
Maizena
Salt, sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil to taste

Cook Cap Cay first:
Clean and cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Clean pok choy.
Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil, add egg and stir it.
Puree the garlic.
Heat 3 tablespoon oil, garlic and add the chicken.
Give the water
Cook until the chicken done, add mushroom and beef sausage.
Then, enter the pok choy and egg.
Add salt , sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil to taste.
Finally, enter maizena
Cook briefly until the sauce is quite jell.

Cap Cay is ready ..
Now, heat oil in the pan and fry the tamie noodles.


Take in the fried noodles in the plate, use hotplate if you have.
The end, Cap Cay poured on top of fried noodles.
Tamie Cap Cay is ready now .. yummy  !!!

Cantonese FU Yung Hai (FU Yung Hai Ala Canton)

(FU Yung Hai Ala Canton)


As known from the name, this food comes from the Cantonese, but also fu yung hai tune in many other places.
For 2 - 3 people




Ingredients:
5 eggs
85 g beef, chicken or fish, chopped and cook in few minutes
1 celery, finely chopped
4 mushroom hioko (jamur hioko), take in boiling water for 5 minutes
75 g bean sprouts
1 small onion bombai (bawang bombai), sliced finely
A little salt and pepper powder
1 tsp dry sherry
Oil to fry

Sauce
1 tbsp maize, add 3 tbsp cold water
375 ml chicken broth
1 tsp ketchup bottles
1 tbsp soy sauce salt
A little salt and pepper powder
A little sesame oil


Cooking Adventures Guide:
1. Shake the eggs, add the chopped meat and celery.
2. Dried really the mushroom, cut in thin slices. Enter shake egg, bean sprouts, and onion. Add salt, pepper and sherry, to the average confused.
3. Heat frying pan, pour oil 4 tbsp. If the oil was hot, enter approximately 5 tbsp egg mixture.
4. If the lower part was brown, back with the carefully and fry the other side. Put eggs, fried food on the plate, continue frying the rest.
5. Enter all the sauce ingredients in a small pan be thick, and boil until the sauce curdle stirred and the color bright. Take in sauce on the fu yung hai. Serve hot.

Time: 25 minutes duration of preparation, cooking time about 5 minutes to make the omelette of eggs and 8 minutes to create a sauce.
Variations: crab meat or shrimp that cook in a few minutes, can also be used as a substitute for beef. Can be used fresh mushrooms instead of dried mushrooms. The dough can be divided into two large omelet, omelet, or create one for each person.
Instructions economical: Remaining cooking beef, pork or chicken, can be used as this cuisine.

Sapo Tahu (Tofu)

Cooking Adventures: Sapo Tahu (Tofu)



Ingredients:
2 garlic
250 g chicken fillet
250 g shrimp
250 g Tofu
250 g Mushroom
250 g Brocolli
3 tbs Maizena
2 tablespoon oil.
Sugar, salt, oyster sauce and sesame oil to taste.


Cooking Adventures Guide:

Clear all materials.
Cut Tofu into several parts and fry until golden yellow color.
Cut the chicken fillet into several smaller parts.
For the broccoli into several parts.
Press the garlic.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil, and enter garlic.
Add the chicken, shrimp, and cook until chicken and shrimp to be cooked.
Add a little stock, enter the mushroom.
Cook several minutes.
Last enter broccoli and tofu that has been fried.
Add salt, sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil to taste.
Add maizena, mix until the sauce is quite jell.
Serve hot.
