Pepes Tahu

 Cooking Adventures : Pepes Tahu

Ingredients:
2 pieces (400 g) a good quality white tofu
1 egg, beaten
20 sheets of basil leaves
1 piece red chili, thinly sliced
1 piece of green chili, thinly sliced
banana leaf

Blend:
5 red onions
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp pepper granules
1 teaspoon salt

Cooking Adventures Guide:

1. Puree tofu with blender
2. Mix the blended tofu with eggs, chilies, basil, and spices. Stir until blended.
3. Take a piece of banana leaf, put 2 tablespoons of those mixture.
4. Roll the banana leaf  and embed both ends by a stick.
5.Steam in a steamer heat until cooked. Lift.
6.Grilled in a minutes until the leaves dry. Lift.
7. Serve Pepes Tahu with warm rice.

Chopped Meat & Tofu With Ketchup

Cooking Adventures: Chopped Meat & Tofu With Ketchup


Ingredients:
¼ kg of meat
5 tofu
2 garlic
Ketchup
Salt and sugar to taste

Cooking Adventures guide:
1. Clean the meat, and chopped meat until tender.
2. Cut tofu in small square pieces.
3. Fry tofu until cooked.
4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, take in garlic and meat.
5. Add a cup of water, wait until meat ripe.
6. Add tofu, ketchup, salt and sugar to taste.
7. Cook until no water again and stir well.
8. Serve with warm rice.

For people who have a taste for sweet foods, this recipe could become one of alternative foods can be tried. Its easy, the main ingredient is only two : tofu and meat.

Sapo Tahu (Tofu)

Cooking Adventures: Sapo Tahu (Tofu)



Ingredients:
2 garlic
250 g chicken fillet
250 g shrimp
250 g Tofu
250 g Mushroom
250 g Brocolli
3 tbs Maizena
2 tablespoon oil.
Sugar, salt, oyster sauce and sesame oil to taste.


Cooking Adventures Guide:

Clear all materials.
Cut Tofu into several parts and fry until golden yellow color.
Cut the chicken fillet into several smaller parts.
For the broccoli into several parts.
Press the garlic.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil, and enter garlic.
Add the chicken, shrimp, and cook until chicken and shrimp to be cooked.
Add a little stock, enter the mushroom.
Cook several minutes.
Last enter broccoli and tofu that has been fried.
Add salt, sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil to taste.
Add maizena, mix until the sauce is quite jell.
Serve hot.

Orem - Orem

Cooking Adventures : Orem - Orem




Orem- Orem is one of the Indonesian food. The Ingredients is the same like Chicken Curry, but Orem- orem use tempe and tofu, not chicken. The Cooking Guide is also the same like Chicken Curry.



Ingredients:

250 gr tofu
250 gr tempe
1 red chilli
250 ml Coconut milk
3 Orange leaves
1 cm Turmeric (kunir)
3 Red onion
3 garlic
2 Hazelnut (kemiri)
Salt and sugar to taste


Cooking Adventures Guide:
First, Cut tofu and tempe into several parts.
Puree onion, garlic, hazelnut, turmeric, red chilli, salt and sugar.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil, add the fine spices, and the last add tofu and tempe.
Add the lime leaves and coconut milk. Shrink the fire.
Cook in ten minutes. Now Orem-Orem is ready to serve with warm rice.

Tahu Telor Bumbu Bali

Cooking Adventures: Tahu Telor Bumbu Bali


Ingredients:

Eggs

Tofu

Garlic

Chili

Tomatoes

Salt and sugar to taste

Cooking Adventures Guide:

Cut tofu into some pieces and fry it.

Boil eggs.

Blend chili, garlic and tomatoes, then fry in 1 tablespoon of oil, stir it, add some water. Take in tofu and eggs, add ketchup, salt and sugar to taste, cook until thick.

Telor tahu bumbu bali is ready to serve.

Cah Tahu Kecambah

Ingredients:

5 Tofu

250 gr kecambah

Garlic

Salt and sugar to taste



Cooking Adventures Guide:

First, press the garlic.

Cut tofu in some small square pieces, frying them half done.

Clean kecambah.

Take 2 tablespoon of oil, heat it. Take in garlic; add tofu and kecambah, stir it.

Give some water, add sugar and salt to taste.

Cooking in a few minutes, Cah Tahu Kecambah is ready to serve.

Soft Tofu and Mushroom

Cooking Adventures: Soft Tofu and mushroom


Ingredients:

100 gr meat

250 gr tofu

250 gr mushroom

Garlic

maizena

Salt and sugar to taste


Cooking Adventures Guide:

First, clean the meat and cut into small pieces. Cut the meat until smooth.

Cut tofu into small quarter pieces.

Clean the mushroom

Press the garlic.

Heat 2 tablespoon of oil, add the meat, and cook in a few minutes.

Then add tofu and mushroom, add some water, add salt and sugar to taste.

Add 3 tablespoon of maizena and cook in a few minutes.

Soft Tofu and mushroom is ready to serve.
