Cooking Adventures: Shrimp Stir Fry
Recipe to be used with Happy Call Square Cooking Pan
2 TBSP of soy sauce
2 TBSP vegetable oil
3 cups of prepared rice
1/2 lb of shrimp peeled and deveined
1/2 cup each, cut into small thin strips : carrot, red and green pepper, brocoli florets, yellow squash, and red onion.
1/4 cup of your favorite italian salad dressing
Happy Call Recipes:
Heat Happy Call pan to medium high, add the oil and allow it to heat up 1-2 minutes. Then add carrots,onions,and brocoli. Snap handle shut and cook 2 minutes shake the pan, open lid, add peppers and squash, snap handles closed, cook 1 minute, shake and flip, cook 2 minutes, shake and flip, open pan. Then add shrimp, pour your italian dressing and soy sauce on top of shrimp, snap handles closed, flip let cook 2 minutes and flip back. Let cook 2 minutes and open lid, serve over rice.
