Fried Chicken Meatball
Ingredients:
250 g chicken fillet
2 eggs
6 tbsp of tapioca powder
1 garlic
salt to taste
Oil to fry
Cooking Adventures Guide:
First, clean the chicken fillet and blend them in chopper until smooth.
Blend the garlic.
Mix the chicken, eggs, garlic, tapioca powder and salt to taste.
Heat the oil, take in the mix and fry until the color changed into the golden brown color.
Fried Chicken Meatball is ready to served.
