Cooking Adventures: Martabak ( Arabian Pastry)


2 chicken breast fillet

2 eggs

2 garlic

2 large yellow onion

Salt to taste

Kulit lumpia

Cooking Adventures Guide:

First, cut the chicken fillet into small piece. Cut off large yellow onion.

Whip the eggs, garlic is refined.

Mix the chicken, large yellow onion, eggs, garlic and salt.

Take on the kulit lumpia.

Fold the quarter of side to middle. Fry until the color changes to golden brown.

Serve with sauce or chili.
