Cooking Adventures: Bakmoy
Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast fillet
250 g shrimp,slab into small pieces
3 piece garlic, slab into small pieces( 2 pieces for chicken consommé)
4 piece onion, slab into small pieces
3 tablespoon wheat powder
ketchup
oil to fry
4 eggs
Salt to taste
Sambal petis
Cooking Adventures Guide:
First, make a chicken consommé: water boiled in boiler, add the chicken, then add the garlic and salt to taste.
Make ketchup chicken: After the chicken ripe, take out the chicken from boiler. Slab the chicken in to small quarter pieces. Heat the 2 tablespoon oil, add the garlic and onion, add the chicken,add a little chicken consommé, add ketchup and salt to taste, cook until the consommé give out.
Heat the oil to fry, mix shrimp, 1 egg and wheat powder. Then fry until the color is golden brown. Take out and slab into small pieces.
Boil the eggs until ripe.
Serve the ketchup chicken, shrimp, eggs, and hot chicken consommé with rice in a plate, add the frying garlic and onion. Serve bakmoy with sambal petis.
