Chicken Parmesan

Cooking Adventures: Chicken Parmesan

Recipe to be used with
Happy Call Square Cooking Pan
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs on a flat plate
1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
2 TBSP olive oil
2 cups of your favorite pasta sauce
2 tsp chopped Italian (flat leaf) parsley
4 chicken cutlets pounded 1/4" thick
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Happy Call Recipes:
First, heat Happy Call pan to medium-high, dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg, allowing the excess to drip off, then gredge in the bread crumbs.
Then add the oil to the hot pan, then the chicken, snap the handles shut, cook for 4 minutes, flip, cook for 4 more minutes, flip and open.
After that lower the heat to medium-low, add pasta sauce, sprinkle with mozarella and parmesan cheeses and snap handles shut, (do not flip pan once all ingredients have been added).
Cook 3-4 minutes or until the sauce is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle with parsley, remove from heat and serve over your favorite pasta.
