Chicken Soto (Soto Ayam)

Cooking Adventures: Chicken Soto(Soto Ayam)


½ kg chicken

100 gr sprout

100 gr potatoes

2 Garlic

4 onion

orange leaves




Salt and sugar to taste

Cooking Adventures Guide:

Press until soft: garlic, onion, turmeric,hazelnut, salt and sugar.

Press sereh.

Boil the chicken until ripe, cut into small pieces.

Boil the sprout.

Clean potatoes, cut in tiny pieces and fry it.

Take in soft ingredients turmeric, hazelnut, chicken and sprout in consomme.

If you like, you can add tomatoes, suun, eggs and koya.
