Cooking Adventures: Sweetcorn & chicken Soup
½ kg chicken fillet
250 gr sweet corn
Salt and sugar to taste
Cooking Adventures Guide:
Make consommé : Boil the chicken until ripe. Torn chicken into small pieces.
Press the garlic and take into consommé.
Add sweet corn, salt and sugar to taste.
Add eggs and stir quickly.
Add maizena and cook until thick.
Serve hot sweetcorn & chicken soup. If you like add with salt ketchup & small chili.
