Udang Goreng Tepung

Cooking Adventures: Udang Goreng tepung


¼ kg shrimp

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of maizena

4 tablespoon of wheat powder

Salt to taste

Oil to fry

Cooking Adventures Guide:

First, Shell and take out the meat of the shrimp, and wash it thoroughly clean. Steam the shrimp in a few minutes. Whip the eggs, add wheat powder, maizena, and salt to taste. After that, add the shrimp, stir it.

Heat the oil; take in one tablespoon of shrimp and eggs’ mixture in the oil. Fry until the colour is golden brown, take out.

Udang goreng tepung is ready to serve.
