Ingredients:
250 gr meat
1 piece white bread
1 egg, shake briefly
2 garlic
1 tbsp fried onion
¼ pepper powder
1 tsp salt
Little nutmeg (pala) Sauce:
Bombay onion
3 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Margarine
150 ml kaldu
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
2 tbsp english soy sauce (kecap inggris)
1 tbsp tomato sauce
¼ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp salt
A little nutmeg (pala)
1 tsp maizena, add with a little water
Cooking Adventures Guide:
1. Garlic and pala blended fine.
2. Mix with meat and other ingredients, mix them.
3. Roll the dough with the banana leaf,or take the meat in plastic, and steam until cooked.
4. Lift and after cold, fried with Margarine, cut 1 cm pieces.
5. Serve with sauce, fried potatoes and boiled vegetables.
6. Make the sauce: Cook Bombay onion and red onion in a little margarine until withered. Add kaldu, enter the other ingredients for sauce, and thicked with maizena.
