Layer Meat (Daging Lapis)


Cooking Adventures: Layer Meat (Daging Lapis)

Ingredients:
1 / 4 kg of meat
sweet soy sauce
1 egg
a little salt
2 garlic
6 onion

Cooking Adventures Guide:
Slice meat in thin slices. Press with a little knife, but not destroyed.
Puree 2 garlic cloves, onion and salt adequate.
Cut 4 pieces of thin red onion.
Shake eggs.
Put meat with te ingredients, add sweet soy sauce, add the egg shake, and sliced raw onion.
Wait 10 minutes.
Put in meat in a frying pan, tidy, cook 3 minutes.
Return meat, add a cup of water and 1 table spoon oil.
Add sweet soy sauce , salt and sugar according to taste.
Cook until the water runs out.
Serve meat with Sayur Lodeh and krupuk.
