Fried Potatoes

Cooking Adventures: Fried Potatoes


250 gr round potatoes (small)



Chili and tomatoes sauce

Oil to fry

Cooking Adventures Guide:

Boil the potatoes. Shell the potatoes.

Blend garlic and salt until soft, add 1 tablespoon of water, and add the potatoes.

Heat the oil, then frying the potatoes until the color is golden brown.

Serve hot frying potatoes with chili and tomatoes sauce.
