Quick Chops

Cooking Adventures: Quick Chops
Recipe to be used with Happy Call Square Cooking Pan

1 cup dry red wine
2 TBSP olive oil
2 tsp finely minced garlic
2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
3 TBSP butter
4 1"thick pork chops
salt and pepper to taste

Happy Call Recipes:
First, put oil in your Happy Call pan and heat the medium, salt and pepper both sides of the chops and add to pan. Snap handles closed and cook for 5 minutes, flip pan, cook 5 more minutes,flip back and open the lid. Add the garlic and wine, snap handles shut,cook 5 more minutes, open lid, remove chops (if they are thick they might need additional cooking time) set aside and keep warm. Keeping lid up, add butter and parsley,cook until the liquid is reduced by half. Pour over the chops and serve.
